"Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "

"One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality."

"We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. "The pre-check in details 3 days prior were extremely helpful. I felt the full service and attentiveness of the staff even before check in. That is very comforting as we were traveling with a car and needed more details. I loved the breakfast. It was all so fresh with homemade cakes, as you like omelettes and fresh squeezed orange juice.
